Weekly Whispers – Week Beginning 24–30 August 2026

Let It Go, Let It Flow… and Pass the Bikini!

11,000 steps, expired suet, flavour fatigue, a little September anxiety… and the week I finally wore a bikini. Yes. You read that correctly.

🌻 As always, a little ‘Hello’ from Me

Well…

Monday.

Universal Day 8.

And I don't know how closely you all work with your daily number energies, but Monday surprised me.

I had what I thought was an incredible idea.

So naturally, I tested it in the Passport Lounge.

Amazingly, several of the ladies responded almost immediately.

They thought it was a great idea.

And so, with that lovely 8 energy powering the day, ‘The Giving Space’ began to germinate.

More on that another time, because I think this one could be rather lovely.

I had also hit the ground running, and perhaps I owe some of that to the amazing transformation taking place in my personal health and fitness.

With some help and guidance from a very special lady, I have miraculously become unstuck.

Honestly, I'm still reeling at my own progress.

Don't get me wrong, I've put in some colossal effort, but the rewards are beyond belief.

By early evening, feeling absolutely bushed, I checked my step count.

11,772.

Now, this probably doesn't seem like a big deal to all you super-fit people out there, but for me it was incredible.

And all as a result of NEAT.

Who knew dragging a vacuum cleaner around the house could contribute to abundance?

I'd quietly set my 10K intention that morning.

Unspoken.

In that diplomatic, personal 2-energy sort of way.

And then…

KAPOW.

There it was.

11,772.

I'm taking that as a win.

Tuesday.

Positivity flowed into Tuesday.

An early start.

More vacuuming. 😂

This time, the car.

Clearing out clutter, thanking the Universe for the support of a 9-day energy, and generally feeling rather productive.

With my new vitality, I began reaping the benefits of a fabulous harvest.

Winter jams.

Juices.

Many jars of tomatoes.

Nature was being extremely generous, and I was becoming quite giddy with abundance.

So, on my way to the local shop, I took a spare bag and threw myself into a little litter pick en route.

If 9 is the energy of compassion, then let me share something with you.

This week, I invested some of that compassion in me.

And I finished my very busy day with an indulgent Choco-Mocha Cake in a Mug.

I forgot the mocha.

But frankly, who cares?

It was divine.

Wednesday.

Oh dear.

For every high, there has to be a low.

And Wednesday was that low.

I gave myself a talking to, reminded myself of the day's energies, pulled my finger out and began some admin.

It was half-hearted.

But that 4 energy held me prisoner until I'd finished.

I even whinged at my AI.

And he very politely informed me that I had ‘flavour fatigue.’

Has anyone actually heard of this?

I hadn't.

But apparently, I had it.

So, using the 1 and 4 energies available to me, I created new recipes and menus for the coming days.

Flavour fatigue.

Honestly.

What next?

Thursday.

Came and went.

I felt as though I was being swept along regardless.

I'm not sure if anyone can relate to this, but do you ever have days when it would make absolutely no difference whether you were present or not?

That was Thursday.

Had it not been for the irritating mosquito bite — on World Mosquito Day, no less — I could quite easily have missed Thursday altogether.

Friday.

A funny old day.

Temperatures through the roof, and I chose this day to push myself, leaving the car at one end of town while I shopped at the other.

Another 11K-plus day.

And yet…

I couldn't muster any excitement.

The famous ‘not yoghurt’ that has become my number-one go-to is beginning to feel like sinking sand.

And don't get me started on fatigue.

First it was muscle fatigue.

Then flavour fatigue.

And now apparently texture fatigue.

What next?

Chair fatigue?

Anyway, I dragged my fatigue-ridden body into a shop and bought a new bag.

That helped.

Temporarily. 😂

Saturday.

If you could have seen me today, you could have been forgiven for thinking I'd embarked upon some sort of crazy mission.

The Universal Month 9 energies were not letting me off the hook.

So, I attacked the kitchen cupboards.

Literally.

How on earth did I have suet that expired in 2024?

I don't even use suet.

Clearly, I had been keeping it for the day I suddenly decided to become a Victorian housewife.

And can you believe I actually paused to consider the possible uses for it should I decide to keep it?

Fortunately, my granddaughter was keeping me company on a video call.

Like the voice of reason she is, I heard her break into my thoughts:

Let it go, Nanny.’

😂

And so I did.

My cupboards may have ended up spick and span, but that's more than I can say for my mood.

As the end of the week drew near, I felt an overwhelming sense of hopelessness.

Nothing seemed very worthwhile.

‘Failure’ was one of the few words I could muster.

I ate two protein cookies and disappeared to bed.

Not exactly the stuff of inspirational Instagram posts, is it?

But it's real.

And sometimes real life isn't particularly photogenic.

Sunday.

Let's just say I turned the page on my own little pity party…

…and swapped it for a BBQ and pool party with friends.

A great end to my week.

Good food.

Good company.

Lots of laughter.

And a chance to put the world to rights.

Oh…

There's one more thing.

I wore a bikini.

Yikes.

It's true.

😂

If you'd told me a few weeks ago that I'd be writing those words, I might have suggested you needed a lie down.

But there you are.

Sometimes things really do change when we finally get unstuck.

It has been some week!

📚 Midweek Musings

Midweek felt heavier than it really needed to - physically and metaphorically.

I found myself thinking about the new Universal 1 Month on the horizon, sitting inside a Universal Year 1, while I move into a Personal Month 4 and Personal Year 4.

Now…

That all feels like rather a lot of 1 and 4 for a Life Path 2 and Soul Urge 7.

My 2 and 7 are already eyeing up a clothes horse and an old sheet with which to build a temporary hiding place.

😂

I had managed to lean into a Universal Day 1 and Personal Day 4 to get myself out of the mire on Wednesday.

But a whole month of 1 and 4?

That's another matter entirely.

And perhaps that's exactly why September is already making me think.

The 1 says:

Begin. Lead. Decide.

The 4 says:

Get organised. Build foundations. Do the work.

And my 2/7 combination is saying:

Could we possibly have a nice cup of tea and discuss this later?

😂

Perhaps September isn't about doing more.

Perhaps it's about deciding what actually deserves our energy.

🌻 And then Sunday happened…

The end of the week was heaven sent.

After a bit of an emotional rollercoaster, a day with friends, relaxing, chatting, laughing and putting the world to rights was exactly what I needed.

And perhaps that's another reminder worth carrying into September.

We don't have to navigate everything alone.

Sometimes the best thing we can do is sit around a table with people we love and talk absolute rubbish until life starts making sense again.

So…

How was your week?

And more importantly:

How are you thinking about September?

Because I'd really love to know.

☕ Two Questions For You…

This week's questions are about September. I know it’s early, but it’s important.

1. What are you ready to leave behind before September begins?

It can be something big.

Or something as gloriously ordinary as an overstuffed kitchen cupboard.

😂

2. What is one thing you would genuinely like to create, change or begin in September?

Not what you should do.

Not what everyone else thinks you ought to do.

What do you actually want?

I'd love to hear from you.

🔢 The Numbers for the Week Ahead:

Numerology Snapshot: 24–30 August

Monday 24th – Universal Day 6

Strange Music Day.

Apparently.

Bring out the teaspoons.

😂

The 6 energy is all about home, family, care and responsibility.

So perhaps today is less about becoming the next Eurovision sensation and more about creating a home environment that makes you feel good.

Put some music on.

Sing badly.

Dance in the kitchen.

Nobody's watching.

Hopefully.

Tuesday 25th – Universal Day 7

Kiss and Make Up Day.

Hmm.

With a Universal 7 energy sitting underneath it, I'm not entirely convinced.

7 likes reflection, solitude and going within.

So perhaps today's version of ‘kiss and make up’ is:

Have a conversation with yourself first.

Then decide whether anyone else needs to be involved.

😂

Wednesday 26th – Universal Day 8

Dog Day.

Isn't every day a dog day?

Scooby certainly thinks so.

😂

The 8 brings power, confidence, money, achievement and taking responsibility.

So today might be a good day to ask:

Where do I need to step up?

And if your dog happens to be in charge of the household…

Well.

You may need to negotiate.

Thursday 27th – Universal Day 9

We're heading into completion energy.

9 asks us to release, clear, finish and make space.

Which seems particularly appropriate after my kitchen cupboard intervention.

If you've been holding onto something because ‘I might need it one day’, today might be the day to ask yourself:

Really?

Or is it 2024 suet?

😂

Friday 28th – Universal Day 1

And here comes the new beginning.

1 doesn't spend too much time looking backwards.

It's interested in:

What's next?

Take the lead.

Make the decision.

Start something.

Even if it's small.

Especially if it's something you've been talking yourself out of.

Saturday 29th – Universal Day 2

And after all that 1 energy, thank goodness.

2 brings us back to connection, patience, sensitivity and partnership.

Slow down.

Listen.

Talk.

Let someone help you.

You don't have to do everything yourself.

Sunday 30th – Universal Day 3

And what a lovely way to finish the week.

3 is expression, creativity, communication, laughter and joy.

Perfect for a Sunday.

Get outside.

See friends.

Make something.

Write something.

Laugh.

And if all else fails…

Put the kettle on and talk absolute nonsense with someone you love.

The week in a nutshell:

This feels like a transition week.

We're moving towards September.

We're moving towards a new Universal Month 1.

And we're being invited to clear the decks before we begin again.

The energies may feel a little up and down, but perhaps that's appropriate.

We're finishing one chapter while already feeling the pull of the next.

And I keep coming back to three simple things:

Let go.

Make space.

Begin again.

And somewhere in between all of that…

have a laugh.

🌻 What's New This Week at Four Seasons?

Something new is beginning…

I've been thinking a lot about 'The Giving Space.'

It started as an idea on Monday.

I mentioned it in the Passport Lounge.

The response was immediate.

And that got me thinking.

What if we created somewhere within Four Seasons where we could simply give?

Ideas.

Support.

Little pieces of numerology.

Energy.

Encouragement.

Perhaps even the occasional surprise.

I'm still shaping it.

But I have a feeling this one might become something rather special.

And that brings me to September…

And...

🧳 The Passport Lounge:

If you've been watching from the side-lines, September is a lovely time to join us.

The Passport isn't another course.

It isn't another thing you have to complete, or pay for.

And there definitely isn't an exam at the end.

😂

It's simply a way of travelling through the seasons with us.

You'll receive your personalised passport, seasonal stamps, special bonus stamps when they appear, access to the Passport Lounge and all the little extras we create along the way.

And when you've travelled through all four seasons?

You receive a free Seasonal Reading of your choice.

Yes.

Completely free.

We're heading into Autumn – Harvest, Reflection and Gratitude.

And then we'll move into Winter, Spring and back to Summer together.

So if you've been thinking:

‘Hmm… perhaps I'll join later.’

This is your nudge.

Come and join us.

Your passport is waiting.

And finally…

Thank you for being here.

Whether you've been reading Weekly Whispers for weeks, months, or you've only just wandered in…

I'm glad you're here.

Life isn't always tidy.

Neither is numerology.

And sometimes the most useful thing we can do is stop trying to make everything perfect, have a flipping good laugh, and take the next step.

I'll see you next week.

Much love,

Shaz xx
