Numerology simply gives us a way to understand them.
Your numbers reveal natural strengths, recurring challenges, and the seasons of growth you move through in life.
What is Numerology?
Numerology is the understanding and interpretation of numbers and the patterns they create.
There are different systems used around the world, but here at Four Seasons Numerology, I mainly work with the Pythagorean model, using the Western alphabet.
Under this model, numbers are often viewed in two broad energetic groups:
Even numbers (2, 4, 6, etc.) tend to carry receptive, reflective energy. Traditionally they are considered feminine in nature.
Odd numbers (1, 3, 5, etc.) are more outward and active, often described as masculine in energy.
These qualities don’t mean one is better than the other. Like everything in life, they work together to create balance.
So what does numerology actually tell us?
Numerology helps us understand how we naturally move through life.
By exploring the numbers found in your date of birth and name at birth, we begin to uncover patterns that can reveal:
• natural strengths and talents
• recurring challenges or obstacles
• emotional responses and motivations
• how we approach relationships, work, and purpose
The deeper we explore these numbers, the more connections begin to appear.
One important thing to remember: Numerology does not predict the future.
What it can do is offer insight and awareness — helping us make choices with greater clarity and confidence.
And just in case you're wondering…
There are no “good” or “bad” numbers.
(I may not have believed that when I first met numerology… but that’s a story for another day.)
My Approach
Every numerology reading I offer is personal and bespoke.
I don’t use automated software or pre-written reports. Each reading is prepared individually, using your birth details and name as the starting point.
Alongside the numbers themselves, I also work intuitively, allowing space for the deeper patterns and themes that often emerge during a reading.
Many people come to numerology because something in life feels unclear — a relationship, a decision, a repeating situation, or simply a sense that they are meant for something more.
For this reason, I invite clients to bring one or two questions to their reading. These are often the quiet questions about that thing that has been sitting in the background for a while.
Your numbers can often shed surprising light on these situations.
After the reading, I also offer the opportunity for a follow-up conversation, included in the price.
This gives you time to sit with the information and return with any reflections or questions that arise.
Numerology can be surprisingly revealing, and I believe it’s important that people have the space to fully absorb what their numbers are showing them.
Because at the end of the day, numerology isn’t just about numbers.
It’s about understanding yourself more clearly.
Many people arrive feeling curious but also a little unsure of what to expect.
That’s completely normal.
You don’t need to know anything about numerology beforehand —
just bring your curiosity, and perhaps one question that has been quietly sitting in the background of your life.

Working with Energy and Intuition
Although numerology forms the foundation of my work, numbers are only part of the story.
Over the years I’ve come to understand that people are not simply a collection of calculations — we are also energetic beings, constantly responding to the environments, relationships, and experiences around us.
Alongside numerology, I work intuitively and incorporate elements of energy awareness and healing, including Reiki. This simply means paying attention to the subtle energetic patterns that can sometimes sit beneath the situations we face in life.
When combined with numerology, this approach can bring an additional layer of understanding, helping to highlight where energy may be flowing freely, and where it may feel blocked or out of balance.
For many people, this creates space for reflection, clarity, and sometimes a quiet shift in how they see themselves and their circumstances.
It’s not about fixing or forcing change — but gently allowing insight and awareness to do their work.
My Approach to Energy Work
Energy work, for me, is simply about creating a space where the body, mind, and emotions can settle and rebalance.
Over the years I’ve worked with several gentle energy practices, including Reiki and Money Reiki, and I continue to explore other supportive methods such as chakra balancing and guided meditation.
These approaches are not about forcing change or 'fixing' anything. Instead, they work quietly in the background, helping to release tension, restore balance, and allow your own natural energy to flow more freely.
Often, the most valuable part of energy work is the space it creates — a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself away from the noise and pressures of everyday life.
Whether through Reiki, meditation, or guided energetic work, my intention is always the same: to offer a calm, supportive environment where people feel safe to relax, reflect, and gently realign with themselves.

At Four Seasons Numerology, I often refer to our numbers as Creative Codes.
This is because the numbers found within our birth details and name don’t just describe who we are — they also reveal how we naturally express ourselves, respond to life, and move through our own seasons of growth.
Each number carries its own energy and rhythm. When we begin to look at them together, patterns start to appear — patterns that can help us understand our strengths, our challenges, and the unique way we create our lives.
These patterns form what I like to call your Creative Codes.
