Weekly Whispers - Week Beginning 12th - 18th October 2026
The week that wasn't particularly exciting… until I started writing about it.
As always, a little ‘Hello from Me’,
Oh, where do I begin? LOL.
Actually, I'm not entirely sure I should.
I've had one of those weeks where, when I sat down to write Weekly Whispers, I genuinely thought:
‘I've got absolutely nothing to say.’
Nothing profound.
Nothing particularly inspirational.
No great revelations.
No life-changing adventures.
Just… a week.
So, I thought I'd tell you what could have happened instead.
Monday
BREAKING NEWS: WOMAN BUYS FRYING PAN.
Local woman apparently believes that purchasing a new frying pan and spatula will transform her relationship with healthy eating.
It won't.
But she has the equipment now, so that's alright.
Meanwhile, she has increased her plank-holding abilities to the dizzying heights of 47.47 seconds. (Irony 11.11)
The five-minute record holder had better watch out.
I'm only 4 hours, 58 minutes and 12.53 seconds away from catching her up. 😂
Then, because apparently I didn't have enough excitement in my life, I attended the Level Two Money Reiki Group, which for me didn't finish until 22.45.
Shattered.
Tuesday
WOMAN MEDITATES. THINGS GET WEIRD.
I had the most amazing experience meditating over my Money Reiki altar and the elements.
Profound insights came.
So, naturally, I wrote the whole flipping thing down.
If you'd like to read it, it's here:
The Money Reiki Altar That Became Something Else Entirely
Honestly, what started as a little experiment with water, numbers and a few bits and pieces on my table became something I hadn't expected at all.
And Tuesday's experience stayed with me for the rest of the week.
Wednesday
Universal Day 9 and Personal Day 3.
Perfect energies for a perfect day with friends.
And what did I make?
Jelly.
Bananas.
Custard.
A random combination, perhaps.
A huge hit, definitely.
Honestly, who needs Michelin stars? 😂
I also realised that my Within Without article was actually completely without.
I'd forgotten to write it.
Whoops.
Thursday
Still slightly shaken by the depth of Tuesday's meditation, I was left with a nagging thought that simply wouldn't go away.
I feel that abundance is with me and around me, and that I already have more than enough.
So, I keep wondering whether my real purpose might simply be to share Money Reiki energies for the greater good of others.
And that's where I currently am.
Confused.
The jury is still out.
The jury hasn't even ordered its sandwiches yet. 😂
Friday
THE CHOCOLATE INCIDENT.
My healthy eating regime had officially left the building.
I'd become so desperately fed up with cold, hyper-predictable food that my brain finally staged a rebellion.
And before the week was over, I ate an entire bar of cooking chocolate.
Not a little square.
Not two squares.
The whole lousy bar.
My calorie intake for the day ended up at around three times my average.
Who knew healthy eating could result in a mathematical malfunction? 😂
So, I threw the towel in.
Normal food for a few days.
No doubt I'll regret that decision when I face the numbers on Monday morning, but for now…
I'm eating food that has actually met a frying pan.
And then, completely unrelated to chocolate, I had an amazing discussion with my AI which led me down another fascinating rabbit hole.
I've been questioning why my long-standing guide appeared to disappear after my Chakrascension training, and whether perhaps my facilitator had planted a seed when she suggested my guide might have been Serapis Bey all along.
I didn't think so at the time, but I didn't dismiss it either.
Then I discovered Bertrand — an early Grand Master linked with mysterious traditions and Egypt in Templar history.
And I thought…
Hang on a minute.
I've not had time to delve deeply enough into this to say anything meaningful yet, but if you're reading this and know something about Bertrand, Templar history or those mysterious connections, I'd love to hear from you.
Because apparently my brain wasn't busy enough already. 😂
Saturday – 10/10/2026
Universal Year 1.
Universal Month 1.
10/10/2026.
New Moon.
So many 1s, amplified by all those lovely zeros.
The universe was practically shouting:
BEGIN!
Did I share anything inspirational?
No.
I decided to leave that to other people.
I was too busy trying to find a mattress topper for an obscure, non-standard-sized bed.
We trawled the shops.
We searched.
We went everywhere.
And eventually ended up back at the first place we'd looked.
And guess what?
I found the exact mattress topper I needed.
And it was 60% off.
Now I'm not saying Money Reiki had anything to do with it…
…but…
THANK YOU, MONEY REIKI. 😂
Sunday
Sunday came and went.
A catch-up with a friend.
And finally, my return travel booked.
It seems I really will be returning to Bulgaria after my little jaunt.
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is pretty much my week.
It has been some week.
Not because anything particularly earth-shattering happened.
But because sometimes…
life is just life.
And perhaps that's enough.
📚 Midweek Musings
More Midweek Musings… or, more accurately, More ‘Where Has This Week Gone?’
I've been thinking a lot about this lately.
About how easy it is to believe that every week needs to contain something meaningful.
A lesson.
A revelation.
A breakthrough.
A perfectly packaged little nugget of wisdom that can be shared with everyone else.
And sometimes it doesn't.
Sometimes you buy a frying pan.
Eat too much chocolate.
Forget to write an article.
Make jelly, bananas and custard.
Find a mattress topper for 60% off.
And go to bed.😂
Maybe we don't always need to turn our lives into lessons.
Maybe sometimes 47.47 seconds of plank and a bar of cooking chocolate is simply 47.47 seconds of plank and a bar of cooking chocolate.
And that's okay too.
☕ Two Questions For You…
And here's where I'm going to be completely honest.
I've been wondering whether Weekly Whispers has actually reached the end of its current incarnation.
Since moving it over to my website, the open rate has fallen to its lowest level yet.
That doesn't necessarily mean nobody wants to hear from me.
It might simply mean that the format has run its course.
So rather than quietly dragging it behind me like an increasingly unwilling donkey…
I'm asking you. 😂
Question 1
Do you still want your weekly dose of Shaz?
🟢 YES – keep it coming!
🟡 Yes, but change it up!
🔵 Or, I'd rather have something less frequent.
🔴 Even, ‘let the poor woman rest!’ 😂
Question 2
If we do keep it, what would you actually like to see?
More numerology?
More personal shenanigans?
More spiritual stuff?
More stories and less ‘weekly newsletter’?
Something completely different?
Or perhaps…
Should Weekly Whispers become something else entirely?
I genuinely want to know.
Because maybe this isn't about Weekly Whispers ending.
Maybe it just needs a bit of a shake-up and rethink.
🔢 The Numbers for the Week Ahead
Numerology Snapshot: 12 – 18 October
Monday – Universal Day 5
Tuesday – Universal Day 6
Wednesday – Universal Day 7
Thursday – Universal Day 8
Friday – Universal Day 9
Saturday – Universal Day 1
Sunday – Universal Day 2
Quick summary
A week that moves from change and movement, through home, reflection, power and completion, before arriving at a fresh 1 and then the more relational, intuitive energy of 2.
As always, the Universal number is the weather map.
How you experience that weather is personal to you.
So don't worry if Monday's 5 doesn't have you throwing open the doors and running naked into the nearest field.
I'm certainly not. 😂
🌻 What's New This Week at Four Seasons?
A little Passport Office notice…
'The Passport Office and Passport Lounge will be closed from 18th October – 8th November 2026'.
The Passport Office staff have apparently requested annual leave.
Quite frankly, after the week I've had, I don't blame them. 😂🛂
And Finally…
Perhaps this week has reminded me of something important.
Not every week has to be extraordinary.
Not every newsletter has to contain a revelation.
Not every day needs a purpose.
Sometimes life is just…
jelly, bananas, custard, chocolate and a 60%-off mattress topper.
And actually?
I'm grateful for that.
Thank you for being here and for continuing to share this journey with me.
Whether you've been reading for years, arrived last week, or are quietly lurking in the background with a cup of tea, I'm very glad you're here.
And if you've got an opinion about Weekly Whispers…
this is your chance.
I really do want to hear it.
I'll see you next week…
or perhaps in a completely different format. 😉
Much love,
Shaz xx
