Weekly Whispers – Week Beginning 20–26 July 2026

Passports, Passport Lounges, Tiger Balm, and a Shopping List Full of Ascended Masters

From rabbit holes to passport control… and discovering that Summer doesn't always feel like Summer.

🌻 A Little Hello from Me

Last week..., oh boy, what a week..

Monday arrived wearing the wrong coat…, and to be honest, I don’t think Tuesday fitted much better either..

A Personal Day 6 wrapped itself around a Universal Day 3 and, whilst the Universe seemed intent on encouraging fun and light-heartedness, my thoughts had wandered off into a rather deep, rather gloomy tunnel.

Not exactly how a caring, nurturing 6 is supposed to behave.

As I sat contemplating the energies and the many people I seem to care for, it suddenly occurred to me that, in that particular moment, nobody cared for me.

My four weeks to lose 3lb and gain 4lb challenge wasn't helping my mood, coupled with a Substack that felt like tumbleweed and a website still held together with sticky tape and optimism, and the occasional muttered prayer..

Let's just call the whole thing... lethargic.

Thankfully, I popped out of the tunnel just in time to spot the rabbit hole waiting patiently beside it.

After an impressive (and I use that word with enormous generosity) two-minute Tai Chi attempt, my body decided it had fulfilled its annual movement quota, and meanwhile, a question floated into my mind.

‘Could an Ascended Master be called upon to support the energy of my day?’

I didn't have long to ponder.

Reiki was calling.

Steadied by a beautiful Reiki session and a heart-warming testimonial, I was almost back on track. Then, just when I thought Monday might finally behave itself, I found myself counting pennies in the village shop, unexpectedly tearful over something as ordinary as paying the bill.

Funny how the smallest moments sometimes carry the biggest emotions.

Oh... and Monday continued insisting it was Tuesday.

Tuesday arrived with a quiet determination.

For perhaps the first time in my life, this fully paid-up, lifetime member of the People Pleasing Club decided to ask for help.

Quan Yin, to be precise.

An altar (‘not an alter...’ although she probably wouldn't have minded becoming a concrete block if necessary! 🤣) felt appropriate, along with an invocation and several heartfelt repetitions of Om Mani Padme Hum before heading into town.

Lunch with a friend was lovely.

Returning home... less so.

Apparently Quan Yin had other plans because I promptly fell asleep in the chair.

Matters, it seemed, had been taken firmly out of my hands.

Thank you, Quan Yin.

A lovely follow-up call with one of my Power 3 ladies lifted my spirits as we chatted about synchronicities and life after her reading.

Then...

Sound the horn and ring the bell...LOL

The very first Four Seasons Passport was officially issued.

Whoop whoop! 🛂

No queues. No Passport Photos. No grumpy Customs Officers. 😊

Later that afternoon, my attention was drawn towards Lady Nada, described as supporting those who struggle with people pleasing.

Well... that settled it.

Lady Nada and Quan Yin officially became the first unofficial members of the Passport Lounge.

Wednesday...

Stand back!

I grabbed my Personal Day 8 with both hands and, for once, rather than hiding from powerful energy, I decided to see what happened if I walked alongside it.

The Passport Office officially opened its doors.

I genuinely thought I might issue one or two passports over the coming weeks.

Instead...

Applications started arriving.

By lunchtime I'd become Chief Passport Officer, Customer Services Department, Tea Lady and Filing Clerk, all rolled into one.

By the end of the day twelve personalised passports had been issued, each with its own unique FSN Passport Number.

The Passport Lounge had opened.

Weekly Whispers had welcomed new subscribers.

Even Substack decided to behave itself for five whole minutes. (I’m choosing to count that as personal growth) 😊

Was this what they call flow and abundance?

For a gentle Life Path 2, it felt both exciting and mildly terrifying.

The website gremlins tried one final stand.

The forms misbehaved.

The mobile version threw a tantrum.

Buttons disappeared.

Fonts played hide and seek.

At one point it wouldn’t have surprised me to see the whole homepage disappear and be replaced by a picture of Scooby or something.

But...

Be gone!

And gone they were.

A huge thank you to everyone who kindly took the website for a test drive this week.

You clicked buttons.

You broke forms.

You found gremlins I'd completely missed.

And because of you, Four Seasons Numerology now feels more like home than it ever has before.

Two more unsolicited testimonials landed in my inbox.

One lady told me she'd loved her Power 3 Reading.

Another said she was already planning to join one of my courses.

Honestly...

I may have had something in my eye.

Meanwhile, El Morya quietly wandered back into my week.

This time, quite unexpectedly, his presence coincided with wonderful news for a friend whose housing situation had finally resolved.

Coincidence?

Perhaps.

Lovely timing?

Absolutely.

Thursday turned out to be every bit as surprising.

The Passport Lounge was filling beautifully and, as everyone introduced themselves, I asked what I thought was a fairly straightforward question.

‘What season feels most like you right now?’

Naturally, I expected Summer.

After all...

It's July.

Instead...

Most people answered...

‘Winter.’

Not because they dislike sunshine.

But because they felt tired.

Grieving.

Waiting.

Needing to retreat.

The replies stopped me in my tracks.

Without trying, we'd opened the door to some wonderfully honest conversations.

It also handed me the perfect topic for our very first Traveller Gathering next Tuesday.

Who knew one simple question could tell us so much?

Friday arrived carrying enough power to light a small village.

With the 17th day of the month adding its own determination to July's Universal 8 energy and the Universal 1 Year still quietly urging us forwards, the atmosphere felt electric.

Not only that but I had spotted a 16 behind the 7 in the energetic matrix and that got me thinking about ‘Karma’ all over again.

Mention the word ‘Karma’ and don’t we humans always jump straight to the negative in some way, when surely, isn’t ‘karma’ an opportunity for growth as well?

Hmm, a question for another day I think.

I had a  lovely catch-up with a friend.

More Reiki sessions booked.

And poor little Oli caught red-pawed attempting to steal food from the kitchen.

Bless him.

He's still the smallest member of the canine household.

His ambition, however, remains enormous.

Meanwhile, over in the Passport Lounge, our conversation about Growth and Abundance unfolded in ways I'd never anticipated.

Three simple reflection questions became stories.

Stories became conversations.

Conversations became self-discovery.

I honestly couldn't have planned it better.

Saturday – Phew, what a week this was turning out to be.

Exhausted with this oppressive July heat we merrily set off for another day of furniture removals, determined our friends would be where they needed to be before the month was out.

Two sets of drawers and a rowing machine later – a disc had popped – not from the furniture, but from my back!

I was out of action.

Tomorrow would be cancelled but not before filling a van load at least.

Later, a quick visit to a friend’s house to find them arriving home with a sick and injured goat – given water and shade, and the poor animal looked to be feeling better before we left.

After what could have been a disastrous day of sofa’s, sweat and a slipped disc, it was decided, I would unwind with the boys, Scooby, Oli and Chan – a cold beer and a beautiful sunset.

Balance had been restored to my  personal day 2.

Sunday

Yeah, I made it to Sunday LOL.

Unusually, there were times this week when it felt like Sunday might never arrive!

And then it did, on the wings of a Universal 9 and a Personal Day 3.

No work for me today, I would dye my hair, pamper, meditate, write….

The Universe had other plans! As I bent over the kitchen sink (lazy – I know), my weakened disc brought me upright with a jolt.

A stiff warning from my body, it was time to stop, but with wet hair and the oozing sachet open, I had to at least see this task through.

It was an interesting shower to rinse, since I couldn’t bend!!

Out with the Tiger Balm soon after, my pretty cotton dress and Bridgette Jones comfiest, all now a shade of mustard yellow…, completely ruined, but ‘oh for the miracle relief of tiger balm LOL

I suspect the neighbours probably wondered why Bulgaria suddenly smelled like a Chinese medicine cabinet 😊

Thank you Universe for another glorious week in the life of Shaz!

It has been quite a week.

Not because of numbers.

Not because of websites.

Not even because of passports.

But because somewhere between rabbit holes, shopping lists, a green biro, and twelve passports, I stopped trying to build a business...

…and quietly began building a community.

A beautiful, safe space, oodles of compassion, joy, shared experiences and mutual support – and of course a few references to the numbers 😊

📚 Midweek Musings

I've made a decision.

From the end of July, Weekly Whispers will have one permanent home—my website, once I finish wrestling it into submission.

Over recent months I've realised I was spending far too much time juggling platforms and worrying about algorithms, inboxes and storage warnings, and not nearly enough time doing what I actually love...

Writing.

Reflecting.

Creating.

I'd much rather invest my energy into thoughtful content than chasing another platform's latest bright idea.

If you're already receiving Weekly Whispers, you don't need to do a thing. I'll make sure you continue receiving it.

If you'd rather not, simply unsubscribe or let me know before the end of July.

Thanks x

🌻 About Shaz

Shaz is the heart behind Four Seasons Numerology, blending numbers, creativity and a healthy sense of humour to help people understand themselves a little better.

She believes the most powerful insights rarely arrive in grand gestures.

More often, they turn up between builders' merchants, shopping lists and cups of tea.

Or occasionally... disguised as an Ascended Master, or…

Occasionally hidden inside a shopping list!.

Until next week..

Chow, Cao, Bye for now,

Shaz xx
