š» A Little Hello From Me
Well...
What a week that was, and here we are already.
Where do I begin?
Actually, Iām not entirely sure whether I lived it, dreamed it, or was briefly abducted by aliens and returned somewhere around Thursday afternoon.
There has been numerology, Reiki precepts, upcycling adventures, Substack victories, rain, readings, chakra conversations, hologram unicorns (yes, really), and to top it all...
A surprise facial hair development.
More on that later. š
Now, before you wonder whether I have finally lost the plot, letās talk numbers.
Monday 8th was a Universal Day 6, and if youāve been following along, youāll know Iāve been experiencing a rather interesting numerology time-warp situation.
My energetic merge matrix numbers appear to be syncing with the Universal merge matrix.
(Yes, I realise that sentence requires a cup of tea and perhaps a lie down afterwards. š)
So, MondayĀ brought amplified 5 energy in my personal matrix, matching the collective Universal energy.
Every day this month seems to have arrived with the volume turned up.
Now imagine amplified 5 energy inside a 6-energy day.
The 6 is trying to create harmony:
āShall we go out for dinner?' 'āShall we stay in for dinner?ā' 'Should we look after everyone else first?ā
Meanwhile, 5 is shouting:
āLetās do something! Anything! New! Different! Now!ā
A complete energetic tizwaz.
Luckily, I had a Reiki healing session to deliver, which thankfully brought things down a few notches.
š» Just for June ā Week Two
Tuesday,Ā saw us all move into Week Two, Day Two, of our Just for June journey.
The precept:
āJust for today, I will not anger.ā
Now clearly, the Universe decided this needed some practical application.
Because what better spiritual test could there be than...
A flat-pack shelving system, a screw missing, a shelf with extra holes, and āhimā with a drill and no patienceā¦,
I mean, come on.
The Reiki precepts were written before flat-pack furniture existed.
Iām fairly certain there must be a missing footnote:
āExceptions may apply to self-assembly furniture, missing screws and anyone who says, āIāll just get the drill.āš
On a serious note, the week brought lots of reflection around anger ā the obvious kind, but also the quieter frustrations we often overlook.
And apparently my personal homework was to spend several days upcycling, recycling and attempting to remain spiritually balanced while surrounded by stubborn materials.
A challenge accepted.
Mostly.
š» The Week of Missing Time
WednesdayĀ was a great day for movement, ideas and getting things done.
So naturally...
I disappeared down a rabbit hole.
Literally.
Well, perhaps not literally, although at one point I did wonder if Iād been kidnapped by aliens and returned with no journal entries, no notes and absolutely no recall of what I had actually achieved.
Does that ever happen to you?
Those days when you know youāve been busy, but your brain says:
āEvidence please.ā
And there is none.
Just a vague feeling that something happened somewhere. That was me!
ThursdayĀ arrived, and thankfully, my body reappeared.
Released by its captors. š
Although, again, it didnāt feel like a particularly productive day.
That was until fruit crumble and custard entered the scene.
Iām not saying it was a healing experience...
But Iām also not saying it wasnāt. š
Some problems require deep reflection.
Others require custard.
ā»ļø Upcycling, Recycling and Creative Chaos
ThursdayĀ afternoon saw me in full upcycle and recycle mode.
Those of you who know, know.
Those who donāt...
Donāt worry, there are plenty of catch-up pictures on social media.
It has been wonderful getting creative, rescuing things destined for the bin and giving them a new purpose.
Although I have discovered that āsaving the planetā occasionally involves wrestling with objects that have other ideas.
š» Shaz vs Technology: The Unexpected Victory LOL!
The biggest win of the week came on Thursday evening.
I conquered Substack.
Yes. Iām being serious!
Me.
The woman who has stared at technology in complete confusion many times before.
The very same woman who has previously considered throwing devices out of windows.
I glided through the setup process.
Glided!
Honestly, I barely recognised myself.
And yes...
Iām bragging.
Absolutely.
Please mark the calendar.
Shaz and technology have entered into a temporary peace treaty. š
For anyone who thinks technology is your enemy, let me be your proof:
If I can do it, you can too.
š§āāļø Twitchy Witchy
By the end of the week, I had published my āTwitchy WitchyāĀ 1 & 7 article over on Substack, along with a breathing technique for a nervous system that feels like it has had one too many cups of coffee.
Which brings me nicely back to the beginning.
Because perhaps this whole week has been about noticing energy.
Feeling twitchy.
Feeling restless.
Feeling like something is shifting.
Maybe itās numbers.
Maybe itās life.
Maybe itās simply being human.
Either way...
A little breathing space never hurts.
ā Saturday Reflections
SaturdayĀ brought visitors for most of the day, and the finishing touches to my funky coffee table upcycle.
It wasnāt exactly how I imagined it turning out.
But do you know what?
It wasnāt disappointing either.
Sometimes things donāt become what we planned.
Sometimes they become something completely different.
And maybe thatās the magic.
š From the Soul Shift Sofa
This weekās biggest reflection?
āAwareness.ā
Whether it was noticing worry, anger, frustration, twitchiness or simply the need for a pause...
The message seems to be the same.
Notice.
Breathe.
Laugh.
Begin again.
Life rarely arrives perfectly assembled.
(Especially not flat-pack life. š)
š¢ The Numbers for the Week Ahead

š» Final Thoughts
Perhaps the whisper from this week is simple:
We donāt always need to understand everything while weāre standing in the middle of it.
Sometimes we all just need to trust the process.
Whether weāre navigating numbers, emotions, technology, creativity or a stubborn shelf that refuses to cooperate...
There is usually something to learn.
And occasionally...
Something to laugh about.
