Weekly Whispers - Week Beginning 07-13 Sept. 2026

Giving Freely, Clearing Out and Apparently Walking Everywhere 😂

The week I forgot to journal, but apparently got quite a lot done anyway.

As always, a little ‘Hello from Me’,

Well, this is slightly awkward.

It's Sunday.

Weekly Whispers needs writing.

And I have absolutely no notes to fall back on.

None.

Not one scribbled scrap.

I haven't kept a record of what I've been doing.

I haven't made helpful little observations throughout the week.

I haven't written anything down and thought, ‘that will come in handy when Sunday rolls around.’

Nope.

Apparently, I have spent the week simply living it.

I’m inclined to blame the Universal Year/month 1…,

But that doesn’t seem right either after writing a whole article on how to manage the Universal energies for the best results!

Well, anyway, this is all very well until you sit down to write a weekly newsletter and discover that your memory has the organisational skills of a drunk squirrel. 😂

So, bear with me while I piece together the evidence.

Because despite my complete lack of record-keeping, when I stopped and thought about it, this has actually been a rather lovely week.

The biggest thing this week was undoubtedly our very first ‘Giving Week’ in the Passport Lounge.

And honestly?

I couldn't have been happier with how it went.

The idea behind Giving Week was very simple.

At the beginning of each season, we open the doors for anyone who genuinely wants to give something freely.

Not as an exchange.

Not because somebody else has given them something.

Not because they feel they should.

And definitely not with an invisible spreadsheet keeping track of who owes who what. 😂

Just giving.

For the joy of giving.

And equally importantly, allowing people to receive without feeling uncomfortable, guilty or as though they now have to rush off and repay the favour.

And what happened was lovely.

People shared Numerology insights.

Card readings were given.

Beautiful cards and messages were shared with the group.

Art works appeared.

AI personality boards were shared.

Knowledge, time, encouragement and kindness appeared in all sorts of different ways.

Some gifts were practical.

Some were spiritual.

Some were simply something another person needed to hear at exactly the right time.

And that, for me, was the whole point.

We often underestimate what we have to offer because it comes naturally to us.

We think:

‘Oh, anybody could do that.’

No, they couldn't.

That's why it's your thing. 😂

Something that takes you five minutes, comes naturally to you or is simply part of your experience could genuinely help somebody else.

And equally...

Sometimes we are so used to being the ones who give that receiving feels slightly uncomfortable.

We start looking for the catch.

Wondering what somebody wants in return.

Or immediately thinking:

‘Oh God, now I have to give them something back.’

No, you don't.

You can just receive.

You can say thank you.

You can allow something good to come your way.

Revolutionary stuff, I know. 😂

I should stop there before you get me started on ‘energy exchange’ and what we ‘must do’, and abundance…. LOL

This was our first Giving Week, and I honestly think it proved something important.

A group of people doesn't need to be constantly selling to each other, fixing each other or trying to turn every conversation into a transaction.

Sometimes people can simply show up and say:

‘I've got this. Would it help anybody?’

And somebody else can say:

‘Actually, yes.’

I loved it.

We all loved it.

The participation spoke for itself.

Our next Giving Week will take place at the beginning of Winter in December, and I have a feeling it's going to become one of my favourite parts of the Passport Lounge.

And Talking of the Passport Lounge...

It is still a great time to join us.

There have been some genuinely lovely conversations.

A fair bit of laughter.

A growing sense of camaraderie, lots of laughter and random conversations. 😊

Freebies.

Insights.

Numerology.

Shared specialities

The occasional card reading.

And now, our seasonal Giving Weeks.

The Lounge is becoming what I had hoped it would become.

Not a place where you have to constantly be present.

Not somewhere you have to perform.

Just somewhere you can pop in, join the conversation, share what you want to share and travel through the seasons with a group of women doing exactly the same.

And there is something lovely about knowing that every season will bring something different.

📚 Midweek Musings: Meanwhile, over on ‘Unfiltered and Uncalculated’ @Substack...

This week also saw me publish a couple of Numerology articles that gave me plenty to think about.

The first began with me looking at my own daily energies.

There was a Personal Day 8.

A 16/7 Personal EMM.

Intuition.

Karmic energy.

My trusty Ascended Masters appearing in my cards.

And a Universal Day 5 wandering around somewhere in the background, presumably looking for an opportunity to cause mischief. 😂

I thought I had navigated the day rather well.

Then later that evening, I looked more closely at my own core numbers.

And realised that my Life Path, Expression, Heart's Desire, Personality and Birthday had apparently decided to pull up chairs and join the conversation.

The result was one of those:

Well... that explains rather a lot’,

… moments.

Because it's one thing to understand your numbers.

It's another thing entirely to suddenly see how you've been living them.

And then, just when I thought I'd finished thinking about the relationship between Numerology and real life, I found myself contemplating the Universal Year 1 and my Personal Year 4.

The world is shouting:

GO!’

You’ll have seen all of this already, if you managed to clock the articles.

And then there’s my Personal Year 4 is standing nearby saying:

Hold your horses. Have you made a plan?’ 😂

And that got me thinking about something I believe is really important.

We are all living under the same collective energy.

But we are not all being asked to respond to it in the same way.

Just like our discoveries over summer.., the seasons…,

We’re all in one collective season, whilst at the same time we’re all experiencing very different seasons of our own.

I digress… 😊

So, back to the numbers.

One person may be launching.

Another may be completing.

One person may need to leap.

Another may need to stop, think and build stronger foundations.

And understanding our own numbers can help us find our own pace rather than running around trying to keep up with everyone else's.

More Midweek Musings…, or more accurately, ‘Where has this week gone?’

One of the things I have noticed is that I seem to have reached week four of my healthy journey without making a huge song and dance about it.

And I think that might be because, for once, I'm not spending all my time waiting for something dramatic to happen.

I'm just doing it.

I'm sleeping better than I have in a long time.

I have more energy.

And I am now walking a minimum of 10,000 steps a day.

Which means Scoobs is absolutely delighted.

He gets to join me on most of those steps.

Or should I say ‘I’ve begun joining him’ LOL.

And, as far as he is concerned, this is clearly the best decision I have made all year. 😂

I am pretty sure he believes my entire healthy journey was created purely for his benefit.

And you know what?

Watching him happily trot alongside me, he may have a point.

The biggest change for me hasn't been one huge dramatic transformation.

It's  been all of the little things I mentioned: sleeping better,  having more energy.

Moving more.

Feeling more able to get on with things.

And I think there is a lesson in that too.

We can be so busy looking for the big breakthrough that we miss the fact that life is quietly getting better.

Not overnight.

And definitely not with fireworks.

Not with somebody arriving at the front door holding a certificate saying:

‘Congratulations! You are now officially sorted.

Although, that would be cool 😊😂

Just little changes.

Repeated.

Until one day you realise:

Hang on... I actually feel better.’

And you begin to notice the benchmarks.

The metabolic markers have all begun shifting noticeably in your favour.

Now that’s something worth noticing.

The Great Autumn Clear-Up Has Begun this week

I began the major Autumn garden clearance.

Now, I would love to tell you that this was a gentle, graceful transition into the new season.

It wasn't.

It involved getting stuck in, clearing things out and generally looking at large areas of garden and thinking:

How did you get like this?’ 😂

But I have actually loved it.

My butt cheeks, however, are kicking back today 😊

There is something incredibly satisfying about getting hands on, spending time in nature, and clearing away what is no longer needed.

Making space.

Seeing progress.

Getting things back into some sort of order.

And it fits rather nicely with my Personal Year 4 energy too.

Structure.

Organisation.

Practicality.

Building something solid.

Which sounds very grand until you're standing in the garden covered in bits of vegetation, an insect bite on your ankle, driving you to distraction, and you’re wondering where on earth you're going to empty the next wheelbarrow load. 😂

Still...

Progress is progress.

☕ Three Questions For You… ,

So this week, I have three questions.

Yes, I know.

I originally promised two.

Sorry 😊

What do you have that you could give freely?

Not because you're expected to.

Not because you're trying to sell something.

Not because I’m asking you to

Just something you know, do or have experienced that might help another person.

I’m merely curious.

And the second...

What are you allowing yourself to receive?

Because giving is only half of the story.

Sometimes allowing ourselves to receive is the harder bit.

And finally...

What little changes might be happening in your life that you're too busy looking for the ‘big thing’ to notice?

Because I nearly missed mine.

And that would have been a shame.

OK, before we head off into ‘What’s New, let’s take a peek at this coming weeks numbers.

🔢 The Numbers for the Week Ahead

Numerology Snapshot: 07-13 Sept.

Monday - Universal Day 8 'Super Human Day' apparently! I'll let you decide LOL.

Tuesday – Universal Day 9   . A day for reflection, release, completions and making space.

Wednesday – Universal Day 1. Surprise surprise, more 1-energy. There's been a lot! New beginnings, fresh starts, initiative.

Thursday – Universal Day. 11/2 intuitive, sensitive energy. Connection, cooperation.

Friday – Universal Day 3 The 11th of the month brings us another ‘1’, alongside the Universal month and year ‘1’.  That’s 11,1,1 Yikes!

Saturday – Universal Day 4. A more practical day, asking for effort, structure and getting on with what needs doing.

Sunday – Universal Day 5, change, freedom, movement.

.

Quick summary:

This month we are all sitting under the cloud that says:

‘Keep moving, we have massive new beginnings to figure out!’

But Monday, has the voice of reason, goals setting and 'get it done'.

Tuesday the universal 9 energy speaks up and says:

‘Make space if you want forward motion’.

I wonder if anyone is paying attention to wise old 9?

Because Wednesday is a Universal 1-day,

And we are already in a universal Month/Year 1.

That's a fair amount of 1 energy bouncing around.

It doesn't stop there either.

Later this week, Friday arrives on the 11th of the month, giving a completely different flavour into the end of the week — fun - self expression.

Sunday doesn't seem remotely bothered about any of this.

It's rolling along with a Universal Day 5, the number of change and impulse amongst other things.

🌻 What’s new this week at Four Seasons?

The big news this week has most certainly been the previously mentioned success of our first ‘Passport Lounge Giving Week’.

You can tell,

I’m gushing 😊

And I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who took part.

Even if your part was to simply watch and enjoy seeing the generosity and kindness unfold.

It mattered.

You helped make our first Giving Week exactly what I had hoped it could be.

And remember...

The next one will take place at the beginning of Winter in December.

So if you've been thinking about joining the Passport Lounge, there is plenty of time to come and join us before then.

There'll be more conversations.

More Numerology.

More shared specialities.

More freebies.

More laughter.

And, no doubt there’ll be another one of my ideas that sounds perfectly straightforward until I start trying to explain it. 😂

🌙 And Then There Was Sunday Night...

Just when I thought my week was winding down nicely, we received an invitation to an entirely unplanned BBQ with our newly married friends at one of our favourite places.

By the lake.

Now, I don't know about you, but I think some of the best things in life are the ones you didn't have time to plan, organise, overthink or put in your diary three weeks ago. 😂

The conversation flowed.

The food was amazing.

And there is something quite special about sitting outside under a night sky with absolutely no light pollution.

Just darkness and stars.

The lake.

Good food.

Good people.

And that wonderful feeling of having absolutely nowhere else you need to be.

Glorious.

The perfect end to my week.

And, when I stopped to think about it, rather fitting for the end of a wonderful Universal Day 7.

A day associated with reflection, connection, depth and stepping away from the noise.

No grand plans.

No analysing.

No trying to work out what comes next.

Just being there. Relaxed.

Sometimes, perhaps, that's enough.

Actually...

More than enough.

Thank you, Mr and Mrs Hunt, for the invitation, the food, the conversation and a rather perfect Sunday evening. ❤️

And Finally...

I started writing this week's Weekly Whispers convinced that I hadn't done much because I hadn't kept my journal notes.

And now look.

A Giving Week.

Two Substack articles.

A garden clearance.

Ten thousand steps a day.

Better sleep.

More energy.

And one very pleased dog.

Not bad for a week I couldn't remember. 😂

So that's my reminder to myself this Sunday.

Just because you haven't written it down doesn't mean nothing happened.

Sometimes you're too busy living the week to record it.

And sometimes, when you finally stop and look back, you realise there was a lot more going on than you thought.

I'll take that.

Thank you for being here and for continuing to share this journey with me.

Whether you've been reading for years, arrived last week or are quietly lurking in the background with a cup of tea, I'm very glad you're here.

I'll see you next week.

Much love,

Shaz xx 🌻
